Tattoos usually mean something to the person that they're on- they probably get them for themselves, not for other people to necessarily see.

I'm white with no tattoos, but I honestly think arm tattoos look great on black men. They don't stick out like a sore thumb, yet still able to see them, and to those close enough can read them. Arm sleeves and such just sticks out too much for white skin, but then again that's just my opinion, tattoos are about expressing yourself, and to each their own
